Frank came when he said he would to give us an estimate, he always showed up on time or called to re-shedule, his crew finished the roof around our schedules to minimize stress on our family, his crew was always courteous and had great work ethics, he stands behind his work and will not except payment until we were completely satisfied, and later when we noticed a problem during a rain storm, he sent some of his crew by within hours to address the problem.
